Tough task ahead for France as Lionel Messi's Argentina awaits in the next round. Croatia will battle against Denmark for a quarter-final place.
Tournament host and group A runner-up Russia will face 2010 World champion Spain, while two times champion Uruguay will challenge 2016 EURO champion Portugal for quarter-final spot.
Meanwhile group G winner Belgium will face Japan & England will play Colombia in the last 16 tie.
Current World champion Germany were crashed out from group stage following a 0-2 loss against South Korea. Sweden claimed the group F top spot with dramatic 3-0 win over Mexico and will group F runner-up Switzerland in the next round.
Meanwhile five times World champion and group E winner Brazil will play group F runner-up Mexico for a quarter-final birth in the next round.
